This is a great old Croquet Set.
It is a partial set for 6 players.
It has all 6 mallets plus one extra that does not match the set.
Mallets are in various condition so photographed each one individually for you.
Most have a chip or two out of one side of the mallet.
The 6 original mallets are all 8” heavy mallets with screw on handles.
All still have the original color.
The extra mallet is a 6 inch mallet with a smooth handle.
The game holder is in excellent condition with original white paint and red stenciling saying CROQUET.
The original South Bend Toy Company paper label is on the holder.
There are no hoops and it has 1 post/stake instead of 2.
It has 5 balls all original wood circular indented. Paint is visible but faded on all.
The balls otherwise are in great condition.
South Bend always advertised that “You buy the Best with the South Bend Toy label on it.
