    Townsend Croquet Limited Carpet Bowls
    Here we have this fabulous set of carpet bowls, made by Townsend Croquet Limited and designed to be played indoors on a domestic carpet.
    The rules and aim of the game are the same as in traditional bowls, but the bias in the bowls is greater to take account of the carpet that they are meant to be played on. Townsend made two kinds of Carpet Bowls - this set and a mini set with a chute. This is the larger and heavier set - each bowl measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs 126g, whereas the mini set are smaller and only weigh around 60g.
    They are in very good used condition, with no damage to them. The box is also in good condition.
