Here is a complete Starrett No. 224 - 2" to 6" outside micrometer that is in very, very good condition. This micrometer has been used??? Obviously not very much. The last photo shows you that the original owner scribed his/her favorite numbers on the backside of this micrometer. Besides these initials, you will only find a very minor imperfections on these tools. Everything works perfectly, just as designed. I guarantee it!! This set includes a 2", 3", 4", and 5" standards, 3 small wrenches for making minor adjustments, 4 different length anvils, and the micrometer. All of these tools are keep in its beautiful wooden case. The previous owner wrote M7457 and 2-6 O.D. mic. on the top cover. Other than the writing on it, it has suffered some minor scratches and scuffs from protecting this set. It opens and closes easily, latches shut nicely, and holds everything securely. It will continue to protect your tools for many years to come. Please don't let these cosmetic imperfections detract from what is otherwise a very nice used micrometer set.
