In good antique/vintage condition!
Worn with rust but still has great color!
Wheels work perfectly.
Handle works, and screws in tightly but where
it should
be attached to the metal bar, it is cracked.
Could easily be soldered or a new rivet put in.
(I tried to show this in the pictures)
