The Dynasty Hardware 3000 Series Commercial Duty Door Closer is a great alternative for use on interior and light weight exterior door applications. Its compact design has the features and appearance of a full size closer but requires less space on a door for installation, and provides complete functionality for any opening. It is commonly used on projects that specify multiple interior door closers to address job conditions and budget concerns.
This Dynasty Hardware door closer is an excellent choice for hotels, condominiums, apartment complex and single family residences.
Level 3 Spring Tension rating. Aluminum alloy shell with sprayed aluminum finish.
Can be mounted regular arm, top jamb or parallel arm. Parallel arm bracket included. This door closer includes wood screws, metal screws and thru-bolts so it can be mounted on wood or metal doors.
Maximum door size 42-Inch interior and 36" Exterior. For doors weighing between 88 and 143 pounds.
